1. How much time in advance should I place my order?
If you require a standard cake/cookie, do place your order at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. All other customized products have to be ordered at least one week in advance.
2. How can I make payment?
At present, we accept local bank transfers via Internet Banking or ATM transfers. You will have to bear the transaction cost for any payment made via Paypal. Cash payment is accepted only for cash-on-delivery, or upon self-collection of the cakes. Cheques are only accepted for payment of deposits. Further bank details will be provided upon submission of an order form.

4. Can I self-collect?
Yes you may. Our home kitchen is located in the west of Singapore. We will provide the specific address for self-collection should you opt for it.
5. Do you provide delivery services?
Yes we delivery island-wide (Singapore) for orders of any amount. A delivery fee of S$10 will be charged for any orders below S$100. Delivery will be free for any orders exceeding S$100. Deliveries within the state of Johor, Malaysia is also accepted, subject to a delivery charge.
6. Do you provide catering services?
At present, we are unable to provide a full-fledged catering service (banqueting, the provision of tables and chairs), but we are able to provide sweet treats for your wedding, christening, birthday party or any other special occasions, up to a maximum of 300 pax, with a minimum lead time of a month.
7. Any other terms that I should know about?
You will have to make a 50% deposit upon making an order. This 50% deposit is only refundable within 48 hours of placing the order. Thereafter, the 50% deposit will be NOT be refundable and will be forfeited should you choose to cancel the order. You may make amendments to your order, subject to surcharges. Any amendment must be submitted with at least 3 days’ (72 hours) notice. No cancellation or amendment of your order will be allowed 3 days (72 hours) before the collection or delivery date.
