1. How much time in advance should I place my order?
If you require a standard cake/cookie, do place your order at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. All other customized products have to be ordered at least one week in advance.
2. How can I make payment?
At present, we accept local bank transfers. You will have to bear the transaction cost for any payment made via Paypal. Cash payment is accepted only for final payment upon self-collection of the cakes. Further bank details will be provided upon submission of an order form.
3. Order status
To inquire about the status of your order, email us at email@example.com or whatsapp us at the mobile number provided to you upon order. We do not answer calls about order status.
4. Do you provide delivery services?
For orders above $200, we are able to deliver within Sydney (30km radius from Sydney’s CBD) with a delivery fee of $20. All other orders must be self-collected from our kitchen in Sydney’s west (near Epping).
5. Do you provide catering services?
At present, we are unable to provide a full-fledged catering service (banqueting, the provision of tables and chairs), but we are able to provide sweet treats for your wedding, christening, birthday party or any other special occasions, up to a maximum of 300 pax, with a minimum lead time of a month.
6. Any other terms that I should know about?
You will have to make a 50% deposit upon making an order. This 50% deposit is only refundable within 24 hours of placing the order. Thereafter, the 50% deposit will be NOT be refundable and will be forfeited should you choose to cancel the order. You may make amendments to your order, subject to surcharges. Any amendment must be submitted with at least 3 days’ (72 hours) notice. No cancellation or amendment of your order will be allowed 3 days (72 hours) before the collection or delivery date.
